Investors who applied for the IPO can check whether shares have been allotted to them through the official websites of the National Stock Exchange, Bombay Stock Exchange, or the issue registrar MUFG Intime India.
How to Check Indo-MIM IPO Allotment Status on NSE
Applicants checking their allotment through the NSE portal should open the exchange’s IPO bid verification section and select the option for equity and SME IPO bid details.
They must then select “INDOMIM” from the list of available public issues, enter their PAN and IPO application number, and submit the information. The allotment result will appear once the registrar uploads the final data.
Indo-MIM IPO Allotment Check on BSE
The status can also be checked through the BSE application-status facility.
Applicants should select “Equity” as the issue type and choose “Indo MIM Limited” from the company list. They can then enter either their PAN or application number before selecting the search option.

MUFG Intime India is the official registrar for the Indo-MIM IPO. Once the basis of allotment is approved, investors can visit the registrar’s public-issue status page and select Indo-MIM from the dropdown menu.

Indo-MIM IPO Receives 72.34 Times Subscription
The Indo-MIM IPO closed for bidding on July 27, 2026, after receiving an overall subscription of 72.34 times. Investors submitted bids for approximately 398.55 crore shares against the shares available in the net offer.
Qualified Institutional Buyers led the demand, subscribing to their reserved portion 204.34 times. The Non-Institutional Investor category received 50.63 times subscription, while the retail portion was subscribed 6.67 times.
The high subscription level does not guarantee listing gains. It indicates that the number of shares requested by investors was substantially higher than the shares available under the public issue.
Indo-MIM IPO Price and Issue Size
The Rs 3,811.21 crore IPO opened for subscription on July 23 and closed on July 27. It included a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 499.10 crore and an offer for sale worth Rs 3,311.21 crore.
The company fixed the price band at Rs 461 to Rs 485 per share. Investors were required to apply for a minimum lot of 30 shares, resulting in a minimum retail investment of Rs 14,550 at the upper price limit.
Up to 2 lakh shares were reserved for eligible employees, who were offered a discount of Rs 45 per share on the final issue price.
Before the IPO opened to the public, Indo-MIM raised Rs 1,140.99 crore from anchor investors on July 22.
Indo-MIM IPO Listing Date
The basis of allotment is expected to be completed on July 28, 2026. Shares will subsequently be credited to the demat accounts of successful applicants, while refunds or fund-unblocking will begin for unsuccessful bidders.
Indo-MIM shares are tentatively scheduled to list on both the NSE and BSE on Thursday, July 30, 2026. Investors should rely on official exchange and registrar updates because the timetable may be revised.
