Former YSRCP MLA Bolla Brahma Naidu has been arrested in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, in connection with an alleged government land encroachment case linked to Gandipet in Hyderabad. The case has drawn attention because of the high-value land involved and the use of alleged forged government documents.
Fake GO Allegation In Gandipet Land Case
According to police details mentioned in reports, the case is linked to government land in Survey No. 18 at Gandipet in Rangareddy district. Investigators suspect that fake government orders and land documents were allegedly used to claim ownership over the land.
Police have already arrested some accused in the case and produced them before a court. Bolla Brahma Naidu was reportedly not found at his Andhra Pradesh residence when police searched for him earlier.
Police Trace Former MLA To Kanchipuram
Police later tracked his movement through different places, including Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, before arresting him in Kanchipuram. Reports also mention that other accused, including his son Bolla Ramesh and a few others, are still absconding.
The case is now being watched closely as investigators continue to examine the alleged forged documents, money transfers and the wider role of the accused in the land claim.
