What is the movie "Saraswati" about?
Producer Pooja Sharath Kumar: "Saraswati" is packed with thrilling elements and twists. It’s a one-package thriller that will keep you hooked for two hours. Everyone will enjoy it, and we’ve crafted the movie to be as gripping as possible.

Could you tell us about Priyamani’s character in the film?
Pooja Sharath Kumar: I won’t reveal too much about the character right now. But, Lavakshmi Sharath Kumar has designed it with a great vision, and Priyamani is the perfect fit for this role. Her performance is exceptional.

What inspired the name "Dosa Diaries" for your production banner?
Pooja Sharath Kumar: We wanted a name that everyone could relate to, and food was the perfect connection. Since Dosa is Lavakshmi’s favorite dish, the idea of "Dosa Diaries" was well-received and connected with all of us.

Did you always have an interest in production?
Pooja Sharath Kumar: Yes, I’ve always been interested in production. I’ve done several music shows, including ones with Rahman. I’ve also worked in the radar for a few years. I enjoy working behind the camera and acting isn’t my focus.

What is the inspiration behind the movie "Saraswati"?
Pooja Sharath Kumar: "Saraswati" is a crime thriller with a strong social message. There’s a line in the trailer that says, "Not every woman will remain Saraswati; when the time comes, she can become Kali." This line reflects the thought behind the story. It features a powerful female character, and it’s a deeply personal story for Lavakshmi.

How important are the court scenes in the movie?
Pooja Sharath Kumar: The court scenes are significant in the movie, and one of them is a 7-minute single shot. It’s fascinating, and audiences will really connect with the story while watching it. This is a film for everyone.

Why did you choose to make this film in Telugu?
Pooja Sharath Kumar: Lavakshmi, now a Hyderabad resident, strongly wanted her first directorial film to be in Telugu. She had a personal connection with the language and wanted it to be her debut here.

What can you tell us about Thaman’s music in the film?
Pooja Sharath Kumar: Thaman’s music will surprise you. It’s quite different from what you’ve heard from him before, and you’ll understand it better when you watch the film.

How has the support from Sharath Kumar been?
Pooja Sharath Kumar: He has been very supportive throughout the process, constantly checking in on how things were progressing. He’s very happy with the output and has been a strong support.

Are there any plans for a premiere?
Pooja Sharath Kumar: We’re planning a premiere on March 5th. We have a lot of confidence in the movie, and it will be released on January 6th in Telugu, with plans to release in other languages soon after.

What kind of projects do you want to focus on next?
Pooja Sharath Kumar: We want to produce films with strong and relevant stories. We’re looking for scripts that will connect with today’s audience. Our goal is to make good movies in any genre.

Can you tell us about the Geetha Film Distribution?
Pooja Sharath Kumar: Bunny Vasu really liked the content and decided to take it up for distribution. Balakrishna also enjoyed the trailer and praised the visuals and dialogues. It was great spending time with him.

Pooja Sharath Kumar: We are working on some scripts, and once finalized, we will share the details.
