The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams cancelled the issuance of Slotted Sarva Darshan tokens at three centres in Tirupati on Wednesday, affecting devotees planning to visit the Sri Venkateswara temple in Tirumala.

According to officials, SSD tokens intended for Friday’s darshan will instead be issued on Thursday. Pilgrims have been advised to follow official TTD announcements and check the latest token availability before travelling to a counter.

The three major SSD token centres in Tirupati are generally located at the Srinivasam Complex near the bus station, Vishnu Nivasam near the railway station and Bhudevi Complex near Alipiri. Token status can change depending on pilgrim demand and the number of available darshan slots.

The sudden cancellation caused concern among devotees, particularly those who had travelled from distant places after making transportation and accommodation arrangements in advance. Some pilgrims said unexpected changes in token schedules could increase their travel costs and leave them uncertain about when they would receive darshan.
