CBI rebuilds Twisha Sharma’s final timeline with digital evidence
CBI Builds Digital Timeline In Twisha Sharma Case
The CBI has started using an advanced “tunnel view” method to recreate the final hours of former actor-model Twisha Sharma, who was found dead at her matrimonial home in Bhopal on May 12, 2026. The technique combines CCTV footage, mobile phone activity, Wi-Fi logs, call records, forensic mapping and witness statements into one focused timeline.
Investigators are using this digital reconstruction to trace Twisha’s movements inside the Katara Hills residence and check who entered or left specific areas before the incident. The agency is also matching surveillance timestamps with phone and internet activity to identify possible gaps, suspicious movements or contradictions in witness accounts.
Arrests And Family Allegations Under Probe
Twisha Sharma, a Noida-based former model, married Samarth Singh of Bhopal in December. Her parents have alleged physical abuse, domestic violence, mental torture, and foul play. Her in-laws have denied the allegations. The family had earlier demanded a second post-mortem at AIIMS Delhi before her cremation on May 24, 2026.
Samarth Singh surrendered and was arrested in Jabalpur on May 22, 2026, after allegedly remaining absconding for 10 days. The CBI also arrested Twisha’s mother-in-law, Giribala Singh, on May 28, 2026, after questioning her in Bhopal. The agency is now expected to confront the accused with forensic findings and digital evidence as the investigation enters an important stage.
