CBSE Re-Evaluation Login Problem Reported By Class 12 Students
CBSE Portal Complaints
CBSE Class 12 students reported a re-evaluation portal login problem on May 19, 2026, after the board opened the marks verification and answer sheet review window. Several candidates said the CBSE portal was freezing, loading slowly, or not allowing them to submit applications. Some students also shared screenshots online, raising concerns about missing the deadline due to repeated technical issues.
The re-evaluation and verification facility is open from May 19 to May 22, giving students a limited time to apply. The issue created concern among students who wanted to check their evaluated answer sheets after the Class 12 results.
Board Clarifies System Status
CBSE Examination Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj said only a few complaints were received and that the issue appeared to be temporary. He advised students to restart their systems or try again after some time if they faced login problems. CBSE denied reports of a major portal crash and said the National Informatics Centre, which manages the website, had not reported any serious technical fault.
The board also removed the CAPTCHA feature after some students said it was not visible. This year, CBSE reduced the fee for answer sheet photocopies to Rs 100, marks verification to Rs 100, and rechecking to Rs 25 per question. Rechecked answer sheets will be available from May 26 to May 29.
