The Central Board of Secondary Education has opened the CBSE Class 12 re-evaluation 2026 window, giving students a chance to review their board exam marks after the result declaration. Students who are not satisfied with their scores can apply online for marks verification, request scanned copies of their evaluated answer sheets, and seek re-evaluation through the official CBSE portal.

CBSE will start accepting re-evaluation requests from today, while the processing of applications is scheduled to begin on May 22. Students who complete the process will be able to access their rechecked answer sheets between May 26 and May 29. The review process will be carried out in phases to ensure proper verification and transparency.

Students Must Follow Official Guidelines

The CBSE post-result review process is useful for students who want to check possible errors in totalling, marking or evaluation. It also helps them view their scanned answer sheet before deciding on further correction requests.

Students are advised to apply only through the official CBSE Class 12 verification portal and complete the process within the given dates. Students should complete the application before the deadline to avoid missing the review window.
