Venkatesh and Trivikram Srinivas’ Aadarsha Kutumbam (AK 47) has been postponed from October 2 to October 9, opening up a wider theatrical window for Nani’s The Paradise, which is set to begin its worldwide premiere rollout tomorrow.

Aadarsha Kutumbam Moves to October 9
The release of Aadarsha Kutumbam (AK 47), starring Venkatesh and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, has officially been pushed back by one week. The family entertainer was initially scheduled to arrive in theatres on October 2, but will now release worldwide on October 9, with overseas premieres planned for October 8. Producer Naga Vamsi confirmed the postponement, stating that the team needed a little more time to deliver the entertainment and overall experience promised to audiences. He also apologised to fans for the additional wait.

The Paradise Gets a Clearer Theatrical Window
The postponement could benefit both The Paradise and AK 47 by reducing direct competition between the two major releases. Nani’s The Paradise is carrying strong pre-release buzz and is set to hit theatres with worldwide premieres tomorrow. With Aadarsha Kutumbam moving away from the October 2 date, The Paradise gets more breathing space during its initial theatrical run. At the same time, AK 47 will now enter cinemas on October 9, giving the Venkatesh-Trivikram film a separate release window to build momentum.

Dussehra Season Packed With Major Releases
The October box-office calendar will remain competitive, with several notable films arriving during the festive period. Jailer 2 is scheduled for October 15, while Vijay’s Ranabaali is set to release on October 16. Despite the crowded Dussehra season, Aadarsha Kutumbam could continue to find an audience if it receives a positive response after release. The festive holidays are expected to support multiple films simultaneously, making content, word of mouth and audience reception crucial for sustaining theatrical runs.
