Anjali joins Vishal’s Makutam, with their humorous concept video going viral and boosting excitement for the film.
Actor Vishal is gearing up for his ambitious upcoming film Makutam, which marks the 99th production of Super Good Films, backed by veteran producer RB Choudary. In an exciting development, actress Anjali has been officially confirmed as the female lead, reuniting with Vishal after their previous successful collaborations. Interestingly, Vishal is not only starring in the film but also taking charge as director and screenplay writer, making Makutam a deeply personal project with a fresh narrative approach.
To announce Anjali’s inclusion, the makers released a fun-filled concept video that instantly caught the audience’s attention. The video is presented as a humorous narration session where Vishal, playing the director, tries to explain the story to Anjali. However, she keeps interrupting him with witty and sarcastic remarks, questioning his vague narration style. Her playful counters leave Vishal struggling to explain the plot, eventually forcing him to walk away in a comical moment, promising to return with a better story narration.
The quirky video has gone viral on social media, receiving widespread appreciation for its creativity and the duo’s natural chemistry. On the technical side, the film boasts a strong crew with music composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar, cinematography by Richard M Nathan, editing by NB Srikanth, and art direction by Durairaj. With its blend of humor, action, and fresh storytelling, Makutam is shaping up to be an exciting entertainer that has already built strong buzz among fans.
