The trailer of Hangman, starring Brahmaji in the lead role, was launched at a special event ahead of its OTT release on Sun NXT from July 3. The film is produced under the banners of Ajay Mysore Productions and Chloro Film by V. Srikanth, Ajay Mysore and V. H. Rao. Directed by Vihaan, the movie has music by Kamran, while Uday Gurrala worked as cinematographer and production designer. The trailer launch event was graced by Padma Shri Dr. Brahmanandam, filmmaker Nandini Reddy and Addanki Dayakar as chief guests. Speaking at the event, Brahmanandam said the title Hangman itself made him curious and pushed him to attend the trailer launch. He said the life of a hangman cannot be seen like any normal profession, as it carries deep emotional and psychological weight. Brahmanandam appreciated director Vihaan for choosing such a rare subject and presenting the inner pain of the character with sensitivity. He also praised Brahmaji, calling him a capable actor who can perform any kind of role with conviction. Brahmanandam said he had always felt that Brahmaji deserved a powerful character that could fully showcase his talent, and after watching the trailer, he felt Hangman could become that special film. He also appreciated Sunny’s role and wished that the movie becomes a major success. Nandini Reddy also praised the trailer and said she attended the launch because she genuinely liked the subject. She appreciated producer Ajay Mysore for supporting such a different story and said Vihaan has the potential to make a strong name as a director. Cinematographer and production designer Uday Gurrala said Hangman began from a small idea and slowly became a full-length film with the support of friends and collaborators. Director Rupak, known for Pareshan, said making a good film is never easy, and Vihaan successfully crossed many challenges while making Hangman.
