Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film King has reportedly faced a new challenge after an AI-generated fan edit went viral online. The video was said to be made using leaked visuals, paparazzi clips, and stills from the film’s shoot. After the SRK King AI leak video started circulating, the makers moved quickly to strengthen security around the film’s current Mumbai schedule.
AI Fan Edit Creates Fresh Trouble
According to reports, the fan-made video tried to present a short version of King by combining leaked clips and available visuals. The team was already worried after footage from the climax shoot and earlier Cape Town schedule surfaced online. However, the AI-edited version caused bigger concern because it appeared to recreate parts of the film’s story before release.
Security Tightened On King Set
The current schedule is being shot near Ghodbunder Road on the outskirts of Mumbai. Since the location is a busy public area, controlling phone access and public movement has become difficult. Reports suggest that the makers have now restricted movement around key action scenes and important portions of the shoot.
Film Moves Towards Final Stage
The film is expected to arrive during the Christmas release window, adding more attention to the project as the makers try to protect major surprises. VFX work is also progressing alongside production. Director Siddharth Anand has urged fans not to share leaked material and wait for the big-screen experience.
