The Andhra Pradesh government is planning to release the next Mega DSC teacher recruitment notification in October 2026. The recruitment drive is expected to open fresh opportunities for candidates waiting for teaching jobs in government schools across the state.
School Education Secretary Kona Sashidhar said the notification will be issued as per the government’s job calendar. He also said an action plan has been prepared to conduct the examinations in December 2026.

For DSC 2025, officials said the merit list was prepared with 20 percent weightage for TET marks and 80 percent weightage for DSC marks. They also clarified that receiving a call letter does not mean final selection.
