Nandamuri Tejaswini, the younger daughter of Telugu actor Nandamuri Balakrishna, has taken on visible behind-the-scenes roles in his entertainment projects. Her work on Unstoppable with NBK and her presenter credit for Akhanda 2: Thaandavam are confirmed. Reports of an acting debut and plans to produce films independently have not been officially announced.

Work on Unstoppable and Akhanda 2

Balakrishna has said that Tejaswini worked on the creative side of his Aha talk show Unstoppable with NBK. She was also credited as presenter of Akhanda 2: Thaandavam, directed by Boyapati Sreenu and produced by Raam Achanta and Gopichand Achanta under 14 Reels Plus. A presenter credit establishes her formal association with the film, but is distinct from a producer credit.

Role at the NBK112 Launch

At the Amaravati launch of Balakrishna’s film with Koratala Siva on June 25, 2026, Tejaswini directed the ceremonial first shot. The project was announced as a production of Sudhakar Cherukuri and Sudhakar Mikkilineni under SLV Cinemas and Yuvasudha Arts. A report published on October 27 described Tejaswini as co-producing or presenting the film, but did not clarify which credit applies.

Acting Speculation Remains Unconfirmed

Tejaswini’s jewellery campaign with her father and dance videos on social media have prompted speculation about an acting career. In August 2026, reports linked director Laxmi Soujanya to a possible woman-led script for Tejaswini. Neither has officially announced a film.

In October, reports also said director Bobby had approached her for a role in Chiranjeevi’s Kaaka. Accounts of her husband Sri Bharat’s response differ: Filmibeat reported that he said Tejaswini had no active role in the film, that he would support her if she chose to act, and that he would prefer her to become a producer. Gulte reported that he declined to comment on the Kaaka matter.

Independent Production Plans Are Reported

Recent reports say Tejaswini is planning to produce content-driven films featuring young actors, independent of projects starring her father. However, no project title, cast or release schedule has been announced. Her presenter credit and behind-the-scenes work on Balakrishna’s projects are confirmed, while her acting debut and independent production plans remain unconfirmed.
