Ram Charan’s much-awaited Telugu film Peddi has received official approval for special premiere shows in Andhra Pradesh. The movie is scheduled for a grand theatrical release on June 4, while the premieres will begin on June 3 at 8 PM. The Andhra Pradesh government has allowed premier show tickets to be priced at Rs 600, including GST. The approval has created fresh excitement among fans as the film is already carrying strong buzz ahead of release.

AP Allows Ticket Price Hike

The government has also permitted a temporary ticket price hike for one week from the release date. Single-screen theatres can increase ticket prices by Rs 100, while multiplexes can raise prices by Rs 125. The film will be allowed to run five shows per day across the state, giving the makers a strong opening window.

Directed by Buchi Babu Sana and produced by Vriddhi Cinemas, Peddi has music by AR Rahman. The film also features Jagapathi Babu, Shiva Rajkumar, Divyenndu Sharma, Boman Irani, and Tinnu Anand in key roles. Songs like “Chikri Chikri” and “Rai Rai” have already become popular, adding to expectations around the film’s box office performance.
