Ravi Teja’s Irumudi Begins Musical Promotions
Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s much-awaited emotional family drama Irumudi has started its musical journey on a powerful devotional note with the release of its first single, Irumudi Kattu. Directed by Shiva Nirvana and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film has already created strong interest among fans after its first glimpse. The new song adds further excitement by presenting a spiritually rich track connected to Lord Ayyappa devotion, Mandala Deeksha and the sacred Sabarimala pilgrimage. With GV Prakash Kumar composing the music, Irumudi Kattu delivers a devotional sound that blends emotion, faith and traditional energy.
Irumudi Kattu Captures Ayyappa Devotion
Irumudi Kattu is designed as a soul-stirring devotional number that reflects the discipline, belief and spiritual journey of an Ayyappa devotee. GV Prakash Kumar’s composition carries a strong traditional flavour while also giving the song a cinematic impact. The lyrics, co-written by director Shiva Nirvana and Kalyan Chakravarthy, explain the meaning of taking the Ayyappa Mala, observing Mandala Deeksha and carrying the sacred Irumudi during the pilgrimage. Through meaningful lines and intense presentation, the song highlights the inner transformation of a devotee and the emotional strength behind the journey to Sabarimala.
Ravi Teja’s Devotional Look Stands Out
Ravi Teja appears in a deeply committed devotional avatar, wearing the sacred Mala and portraying the sincerity of an Ayyappa devotee. His screen presence adds authenticity to the song and makes the visuals emotionally engaging. Singer Ananthu’s powerful vocals further enhance the spiritual mood, while choreographer Baba Baskar’s traditional movements match the devotional rhythm of the track. The song also offers touching glimpses of Priya Bhavani Shankar and Baby Nakshatra, who play Ravi Teja’s wife and daughter, adding a warm family emotion to the spiritual backdrop.
