Giant Trunk Seen Hanging From Train Window

Railways Responds To Viral Video

Railway Seva responded to the video and asked for details such as station name, train number, and mobile number. It also advised users to register complaints through RailMadad or call 139 for quick action.

The incident also started a discussion about railway parcel services. Several users pointed out that large items like trunks, boxes, and bikes should be booked through the proper parcel system instead of being carried dangerously in passenger coaches.

A separate Instagram video reportedly showed two women trying to load a large tin trunk into a train, but India Today said it could not verify whether both videos were connected.
