Anirudh Ravichander, Kavya Maran Wedding: Latest Reports

Anirudh Ravichander and Kavya Maran’s reported wedding plans have drawn attention after their Chennai reception invitation was shared online. Designed by Ranjani Iyengar of Pink Whistle Man, it features an ivory and powder-blue keepsake box, embossed stationery and a vintage-style crest. Its Baroque-inspired presentation has become a talking point on social media.

The couple have not personally announced the reported Greece ceremony. The Chennai reception, however, has been publicly scheduled for November 21, 2026. The Telangana Chief Minister’s Office said Sun Group chairman Kalanithi Maran and his wife, Kavery Maran, invited Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy to the reception. Reports identify ITC Grand Chola in Chennai as the venue.

Greece Ceremony Remains Unconfirmed

Media reports say Anirudh, a music composer, and Kavya, CEO of Sunrisers Hyderabad, are planning a private destination wedding in Greece. Some describe a two-day celebration on November 10 and 11, attended by close family and friends. Other coverage cites November 11 as the wedding date, so the schedule and location have not been confirmed by the couple.

The Greece plans should be treated as reported information, not an official announcement. Details such as the exact venue, guest arrangements and ceremony schedule remain unclear. The invitation circulating online is for the Chennai reception and does not confirm details of the private ceremony.

Reported Reception Invitees

Kavya’s parents have reportedly invited political leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay, Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. Film and music personalities linked to the reception in media reports include Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, A. R. Rahman, Ajith Kumar, Sivakarthikeyan, director Nelson Dilipkumar and Allu Arjun. Being named as an invitee does not confirm attendance, and a complete guest list has not been publicly verified.

Anirudh became widely known after composing “Why This Kolaveri Di” and has since worked across Tamil and Telugu cinema. Kavya is the daughter of Kalanithi Maran and is associated with Sun TV Network and Sunrisers Hyderabad. Public interest has grown following the invitation and reported political visits, but the couple have yet to confirm the Greece ceremony or its arrangements.
