Venkatesh Daggubati’s Telugu film Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47 – AK47 will release in theatres on October 30, 2026. The date was announced after the film’s earlier October 2 and October 9 release plans were postponed. Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the film brings the actor and director together for the first time with Trivikram at the helm.
October 30 Release Date Confirmed
Production house Haarika & Hassine Creations announced the new release date. Venkatesh also shared the update, describing his reunion with Trivikram, whom he called “Srinu,” as special after two decades. The film is scheduled to arrive nine days before Diwali, which falls on November 8 this year.
Venkatesh and Trivikram’s First Film Together as Actor and Director
The two have a history in Telugu cinema. Trivikram contributed writing to Venkatesh’s Nuvvu Naaku Nachav (2001) and Malliswari (2004). Aadarsha Kutumbam marks the first time he has directed Venkatesh.
Promos Hint at a Mystery Beneath the Family Comedy
Venkatesh plays Chittibabu, a middle-class family man, while Srinidhi Shetty plays Swarna. Promotional footage shows the family in everyday situations and moving into a new home. Another glimpse shifts to more unsettling scenes involving the family aboard a train.
The promos suggest a mystery may sit beneath the film’s light-hearted setting, but the makers have not revealed the full plot.
Cast and Crew
Nivetha Pethuraj, Nara Rohith, Rao Ramesh, Satya, Brahmaji and Vennela Kishore are among the supporting cast. Dimple Hayathi appears in the song “Narayanamma.”
Suryadevara Radhakrishna, also known as Chinababu, is producing the film under the Haarika & Hassine Creations banner. Thaman S has composed the music, Ravi K Chandran is the cinematographer, Navin Nooli is the editor, and AS Prakash is the production designer.
