Itlu Arjuna: Finding Arjuna Vol.1 Showcases Aniesh’s Intense Preparation

Star director Venky Kudumula steps into production with Itlu Arjuna, his first project under the banner What Next Entertainments. The film introduces Aniesh as the lead, with debut director Mahesh Uppala at the helm and Anaswara Rajan playing the female lead. The project had already generated strong buzz with its title glimpse, elevated by a voiceover from Akkineni Nagarjuna. Marking Aniesh’s birthday, the makers unveiled a striking new poster along with a special video.

In the newly released poster, Aniesh appears calm yet compelling, dressed in a casual shirt layered over a grey tee, with floating white spheres surrounding his hand. The visual metaphor subtly reflects the essence of Arjun’s character—simple and composed on the outside, yet filled with unspoken emotional turbulence within. The image highlights Aniesh’s natural screen presence and hints at the layered performance audiences can expect.

The video titled Finding Arjuna Vol.1 shifts focus from the character to the actor behind it, offering insight into Aniesh’s preparation and dedication. Arjun is a mute character, relying solely on expressions, body language, and emotional depth—an especially demanding role for a newcomer. The video showcases how Aniesh impressed the team during auditions and embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, undergoing intense preparation by understanding the character’s emotional journey and refining his performance. With music composed by S. Thaman and cinematography by Raja Mahadevan, Finding Arjuna Vol.1 makes it clear that Aniesh didn’t just play Arjun—he prepared himself to become Arjun.
