Participants will learn the art of tempering real couverture chocolate, make a box of six delicious Belgian pralines and create a personalised Father’s Day chocolate bar with a special message. The session will be led by Chenddyna Schae, Master Chocolatier and founder of Jus’Trufs, along with her team of patisserie chefs and bakers.
