Matri Rupen is a special cultural presentation by the Jodhpur Park Geetika Cultural Society, celebrating the divine and human manifestations of the Mother through music, narration, recitation and dance. Conceived and directed by Chandrabali Rudra Dutta and Dipabali Dutta, the programme pays tribute to feminine divinity, strength, compassion and creation.
The musical presentation features Saikat Mitra, Chandrabali Rudra Dutta, Pradip Dutta and Dipabali Dutta, accompanied by evocative narration, sacred shlokas and expressive dance performances. Through music, words and movement, Matri Rupen explores Maa in her nurturing, powerful, compassionate and divine forms while embracing the festive spirit of Bengal. Special guests Arijit Mitra and Suvendu Chatterjee will also grace the occasion.
